Returns Policy

Our returns policy is a 21 day return, providing the goods are in original condition and complete (including packaging, screws etc).

At our discrection, products returned may incur a 20% processing and restocking fee upon inspection, excluding freight.

Freight for returns is at customers cost, unless the product is faulty in which we can organise return freight upon communication.

Cancellation of orders will incur no cost/fee, providing the goods have not been dispatched from the warehouse already.

If the goods have already been dispatched, the standard return policy above will apply where you can return the unopened order for a full refund, less the freight incurred.
